Omdat wij rechtstreeks verzenden vanuit onze internationale fulfilmentcentra in China, is de levertijd langer dan bij lokale webshops.

Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 1 werkdag verwerkt. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met een Track & Trace-link.

De geschatte levertijd Nederland en België is 8-15 dagen.

In sommige gevallen kunnen producten uit één bestelling in afzonderlijke pakketten worden verzonden. Dit heeft geen invloed op de verzendkosten.

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te retourneren. 

Hoe retourneren

• Meld je retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan via support@belleza-amsterdam.nl of gebruik het formulier op de retourpagina om jouw product te retourneren.
  
• Na aanmelding van je retour ontvang je het juiste retouradres en verdere instructies, zodat je retourzending naar het correcte verwerkingscentrum wordt gestuurd.

Retourkosten:

• Let op: De kosten voor een retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant. Omdat retourzendingen worden verwerkt via ons internationale fulfilmentcentrum in Albanië, bedragen de retourkosten doorgaans €20 tot €30, afhankelijk van de gekozen vervoerder en het verzendtarief.
• Indien een product beschadigd of defect wordt geleverd, nemen wij de retourkosten volledig voor onze rekening.
• Wij adviseren een verzendmethode met Track & Trace te gebruiken. Retourzendingen zonder Track & Trace zijn voor risico van de klant.

Voorwaarden voor retourneren:

• Het product mag alleen gebruikt zijn voor zover nodig om het te beoordelen.
• Producten dienen compleet te worden geretourneerd, inclusief eventuele accessoires.
• De originele verpakking hoeft niet onbeschadigd te zijn, maar moet wel aanwezig zijn.

Uitzonderingen:

• Zakelijke bestellingen vallen buiten het herroepingsrecht, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
